With a slim profile this lure will perform well in waters where sand eels are known. 

Sandeels are essentially a small sinking needlefish. They are designed for big fish on small bait. In other words it’s a small plug with oversized hooks and hardware. Ryan made the original version years ago when there were 30+ pound bass in the canal and they wouldn’t hit anything but tiny plugs - thus the Sandeel was born.
